workout wednesday: my weekly schedule




Saturday:
5 mile run outside

Sunday:
Sweat App: PWR shoulder & ab workout 
I got proof on my IG stories that I can do about 3.5 pull ups!

Monday:
Sweat App: BBG Stronger 2.0 Legs Week 21
 I used these elastic bands to up the workout

2.7 mile run/walk with Leo while Madrid was in summer camp

Tuesday:
1.6 mile run to the gym with Jackson

Sweat App: BBG Stronger 2.0 Arms Week 21

1.75 mile run home 
{I ran up and down our street a couple of times to get to 1.75}

Wednesday:
5 mile run outside with the single running stroller

Thursday:
Orange Theory Class

Friday:
Sweat App: BBG Stronger 2.0 Legs Week 21

Saturday:
2.9 mile run/walk with the Double Stroller
