Sweat App: BBG Stronger Ab Tower Challenge
600 abdominal rep exercises.  Think repetitions of jackknifes, mountain climbers and ab bikes.
This is why the app is great. If I set out to do 600 ab exercises, I would have gotten bored around 50 and quit. The app keeps you accountable and you are so busy clicking through the exercises, before you realize it, the workout is done!

Tuesday:
Sweat App: Stronger 2.0 Arms Week 13

Wednesday:
4 mile run with the Double Stroller

Thursday:
Sweat App: Stronger 2.0 Legs Week 13

Friday:
Sweat App: Stronger 2.0 Week 13
35 minutes elliptical

Saturday:
Walk on the treadmill 45 minutes, changing the speed and incline every 60 seconds. Max speed of 4.2mph and the incline, going as high as my treadmill would let me.
