Saturday
Sweat App: BBG Stronger 1.0 Full Body Week 3
& Dumbbell Challenge

Sunday:
Easy 3 mile run on the treadmill

I had the incline set to 2.5 and planned on just cruising at about 5.8 mph but I got soooooo bored! And I'm a runner! And a treadmill enthusiast  So every 30 seconds, I would increase the speed by 0.1mph until I got to about 6.5 mph {again, I wanted an easy workout day, without taking the day off}. For the last couple of minutes, since I was almost to my goal of 3 miles, I kept adding 0.1mph every 30 seconds until I hit my goal, so my finishing speed was 7.3mph. 

Monday:

Tuesday:
OrangeTheory with my sis.

Wednesday:
Sweat App: BBG Stronger 1.0 Arms & Abs Week 4

Thursday:
OrangeTheory 6:05am class

Friday:
Sweat App: BBG Strong Full Body Week 4

Saturday:
3.25 mile run pushing the Double Running Stroller
