Workout Wednesday: my weekly schedule

4 mile walk pushing the stroller, going up every hill I could find in our neighborhood!

Sunday:
OrangeTheory 7am class

Monday:
Kayla Itsines Week 9 Round 2, Abs
I was supposed to complete week 8 Legs and Cardio but after my Saturday walk and Sunday Orange Theory, my thighs and butt were still so sore!

Tuesday:
This interval training for 3 miles.

Wednesday:
Kayla Itsines Week 8, round 2 Legs & Cardio

Thursday:
CorePower Yoga Sculpt

Friday:
Kayla Itsines Week 9 Arms, round 2

Saturday:
run outside by myself for 3.25 miles
