Stay tuned next week as I will have another Valentines gift guide with great items for everyone, all under $100.

shades of blue

While I know this is not the most original outfit ever, but last week I fit into my tightest skinny jeans and had to document it. With the distressed jean look going nowhere anytime soon, I have been excited to slip into these puppies again. There are a million distressed options out there at every price point, but I love that I got these for under $70. {these are on sale today with code SAVE for 50%, making them under $13!} I especially like the look of distressed denim next to feminine pieces, such as my monogrammed cashmere, pastel scalloped flats and navy handbag

PS- Today, Gap is having a crazy sale: 50% off sale items with code SAVE. Love this classic stripe long sleeve tee for $9 $4.50, this fur trim puffer jacket for $104 $52, this oversized blazer for $83 $41.50 or this adorable pom pom hat for $26 $13

tweed + white

{neutral tweed dress $89, $40! // white blazer, old, similar white blazer here for $100 and here //  nude Valentino rockstuds }

I bought this dress for my daughter's baptism this past weekend and I was not disappointed. I figured the color would be flattering with her great grandfather's ninety year old christening gown that she would be wearing and the price couldn't be beat. Lucky for you, the price has been further reduced to just $40! If I could bring myself to leave my daughter long enough to go to Fashion Week {much less the gym, or the supermarket...} I thought it would be great with tights, boots and this cocoon coat {that is currently 50% off}.

ladylike details

If you follow along on Pinterest, you can see that I am all about the ladylike details lately. I blame the new girl in the house. Either way, I am loving simple ensembles with black, white and blush, classic chignons and that blush handbag is at the top of my wish list.

tan denim

Chambray // Tan denim, old, this year's version here and similar pair here // Blush Valentino Rockstuds // Nameplate Necklace {with my angel's name on it} // Initial necklace {with an M for the same little angel // Lipstick in Snob // New Favorite Lipgloss in White Russian

As seen on Instagram and Like To Know It, I am loving my tan denim all over again. Once my baby bump made my skinny jeans impossible, I packed them all up, put them in the garage to tackle once I was able to being running again. I recently found them, after totally forgetting about them, making it seem as if I have an entire new wardrobe. I wore them with my trusted chambray and fabulous rockstuds for a date night over the long weekend. Today I have them on with my favorite tan monogrammed cashmere and scalloped flats.

palm springs

As seen on Instagram and in multiple past posts, Palm Springs has a special place in my heart. My mom grew up there and I have spent hundreds of weekends filled with unforgettable memories there. From my bachelorette weekend to every Easter, Palm Springs, the style, decor and total ambiance is one of my favorite things in life.

cherish the weekends

I am off for the long weekend! I have grown to cherish the weekends more than ever since my little family of four {the dog totally counts!} gets to be all together. My bikini is packed, but I wish this one was in my suitcase!

lipstick

I have been a lipstick enthusiast for as long as I can remember. Lately, I find that it is the quickest way to look pulled together and I tend to always have at least one of the my favorites in my bag.

a girl's best friend

My husband beyond spoiled me on our first day home with our little one with a "push present" that is very similar to one of the rings above. I have not taken it off and can't help but imagine having my daughter play with all the fabulous baubles that her dad has spoiled me with, much like I still do in my mom's jewelry case. To recreate the look at a fraction of the cost, I love this stack.

"Whoever said diamonds are a girl's best friend,
never had a daughter."

swag bag

The day we came home from the hospital, we were greeted with a lovely package from Barrington Gifts, containing their new St. Anne Diaper Tote, customized with not only navy to match our stroller, but my monogram as well. Modeled after their best selling St. Anne tote, the diaper bag is a bit roomier, has multiple diaper and bottle friendly pockets and a special strap to snap onto the handle of any stroller. Barrington Gifts continually updates their colors and patterns every season and recently added a stripe design that can be customized with your monogram.

And just when it seems that celebrities couldn't be more lucky, the St. Anne tote is the official 'Swag Bag' of the Golden Globes! Can't wait to see the gowns of the Red Carpet and what celebrity I will be twinning with as my navy and chocolate check bag was pictured above as the totes were getting ready to be delivered to the celebrities' rooms.

sweater poncho

Since finding this perfect striped turtleneck tee {budget friendly and very similar option here for $15} and the above perfect pin, I have been waiting for San Diego to cooperate so I could recreate it with the below sweater poncho, perfectly priced at $25. {And I'm very thankful that ponchos are so in post baby bump!}
